Besides what are mentioned above, the injection, tooling and hardware manufacturing are done by ourselves.Moreover, we control all printing technology including silk-screen printing, pad printing, heat-transfer printing, etc..

QC Staff: 15


QC Details

Our QC staff check the semi-finished parts on production line for colour accurateness and make cutting edges blunt if needed.

Once printing is finished, we check for the completeness of artwork and colour, as well as right position.

Finally, after packing, we inspect all the finished products with AQL standard.

We also have a special separate room with air-condition for assembling high-quality requirement products.
